We are a direct-trade supplier of Indonesian cocoa beans and cocoa powder. By partnering straight with local farmers, we ensure a transparent and sustainable supply chain. All of our cocoa is Rainforest Alliance certified and strictly adheres to EUDR compliance standards.
Fermented Process
We dry our beans naturally under the sun, using an upstream drying process that keeps insects away and preserves their deep, complex flavor. When the rains come, our greenhouse lets the drying continue uninterrupted, protecting the beans from pests that could compromise their quality.
